The ergonomic timings, movement cycles, breathing sequences, and posture break pacing provided by StandlyTick are designed strictly for general behavioural guidance and workspace wellness enhancement. They are not medical recommendations and must never substitute for professional medical care, physical therapy, or physician consultation.

If you have chronic pain, spinal injuries, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, or any other specific medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using or adjusting any movement or breathing routine. StandlyTick assumes no liability for any physical outcomes resulting from following its guidance.

4. Eligibility:

StandlyTick is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using this tool, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Intellectual Property:

All elements of StandlyTick — including but not limited to the clock animation system, concentric ring architecture, phase logic algorithms, colour palette system, visual branding assets, written content, and interface structural design — are the exclusive intellectual property of StandlyTick and its founder.

You may not, without prior written authorisation:

  • Reproduce, copy, or replicate the tool's design or interface for commercial purposes
  • Distribute, sublicense, or sell any part of the tool or its content
  • Create derivative works based on StandlyTick's proprietary systems
  • Reverse-engineer any algorithmic or structural component of the tool

Personal, non-commercial reference to StandlyTick's publicly available content is permitted with appropriate attribution.

6. Acceptable Use:

By using StandlyTick, you agree not to:

  • Use the tool to misrepresent health or medical advice to third parties
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the tool's functionality or security
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the tool
